Due to the interest my original post on Windows 7 Gadgets & Widgets receives I have decided to create this new area.

What I want to do is have one place where I can give a preview of some of the many gadgets & widgets out there. Along with this preview will be my own personal comments and ratings by you.

I still believe anyone interested in greatly improving their Windows 7 desktop experience should check out this article. It is all about Rainmeter which turns my Windows 7 desktop into a widget and gadget desktop on steroids. It can be more challenging to create gadgets but with ready to go themes and skins it is worth a look.
